This class taught by Desteni Ard begins with a dynamic warm-up followed by active, choreographed cardiovascular exercises targeting different muscle groups. Step it up and down, over and around, to the sound of your favorite beats in this fast-paced class.

Mat Pilates & Body Pump Fusion
Core Studio’s Mat Pilates & Body Pump Fusision class is a fast-paced, workout that uses high reps and low-weight dumbbells. The class is designed to help you get lean, toned, and fit.
The class is about 55 minutes long and features exercises focusing on a different muscle group. The class includes: Squats, Presses, Lifts, Curls, Deadlifts, Clean and presses, Lunges, Push-ups, Chest presses, Overhead presses, Crunches.
The class is choreographed to high-energy music. Desteni demonstrates movements and form, while performing the reps with you.
You can determine the level you'll work at by choosing the appropriate weights.

Boot Camp
Offered twice a year —
Cross fit style workout. This routine is done outside in the parking lot.. You can purchase the package or you can pop in and out when it fits into your busy schedule.
